Harshvardhan Patel — Founder & Producer
Harshvardhan is a multidisciplinary creative whose journey spans visual arts, hospitality, and cinema. A former travel photojournalist for National Geographic, Lonely Planet, Condé Nast Traveller, Femina, Ahmedabad Mirror, and Discover India, his work reflects a lifelong devotion to aesthetics and storytelling.
An award-winning visual artist and recipient of the Sanskriti Puraskar, Harshvardhan’s paintings have been exhibited at the Rajya Kala Pradarshini and prestigious art spaces worldwide. His creative vision extends into hospitality through his boutique hotels in Pennsylvania and Sassan, where art, culture, and craftsmanship shape every experience.
As a producer, Harshvardhan has helmed original narratives and music projects under White Peacock Films and Sandstone Productions. His recent mythological feature Kesariveer: The Legend of Somnath, where he served as Executive Producer, garnered attention for its ambitious scale. His short film Ashmi is a Dadasaheb Phalke Award nominee, marking another milestone in his evolving cinematic journey.
Manisha K. Makwana — Creative Partner, Director & Producer
Manisha brings nearly a decade of experience as Associate Director and Showrunner on some of India’s most celebrated series, including The Family Man, Farzi, Guns & Gulaabs, and Citadel: Honey Bunny. Her expertise spans the entire filmmaking process — from concept development to final delivery — driven by a sharp storytelling instinct and unwavering commitment to craft.
Mentored by Raj & DK and writer Suman Kumar, Manisha carries forward their signature wit and narrative sensibility while developing a powerful voice of her own. She makes her directorial debut with Gudgudi, a tender, bittersweet short film set over a single day in an amusement park, exploring the unlikely bond between an overworked mascot performer and a lonely young boy — announcing her arrival as a director of emotionally bold, deeply human stories.
Maulik Patel — Head of Production
Maulik Patel is a dedicated and versatile filmmaker with over six years of experience across direction and production, combining creative sensitivity with disciplined execution. He began his career in direction teams, developing a strong foundation in storytelling, actor collaboration, and on-set leadership, before transitioning into production.
As Associate Executive Producer on a Bollywood feature film, Maulik gained invaluable experience managing large-scale operations, complex schedules, budgets, and high-pressure workflows. He is highly skilled in script development, production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and end-to-end execution, and is known for creating efficient, collaborative, and performance-driven sets.
Focused, detail-oriented, and relentlessly solution-driven, Maulik ensures that White Peacock Films’ projects move smoothly from development through post-production — allowing creativity to flourish within a strong production framework.
